Texas-style barbeque done by a former Korean kickboxer. A collision of many worlds together. I took one of his classes on an empty stomach and you best believe it started rumbling right after it finished, especially with the smell of barbeque meats wafting through the air. Wow!!! This is really good. Great meat that just falls apart with the perfect amount of seasoning. I also had Mac n cheese with cold slaw. Both were awesome with flavors hard to find in LA. The little food truck was the cleanest one I've been to The owner was very nice and seemed to be genuine about his food. Eating there felt like I was on a vacation somewhere. Relaxing with great food. I ordered some to go. Just had it. It's REALLY GOOD!!!

Oh man! This review is long delayed. Coming from Texas, I have my shares of BBQ. This place is good if you're looking for TX style. It's one of the few TX style BBQ place I enjoy out in LA. The spare ribs is my favorite. The meat literally falls off the bone! I also really enjoy their briskets and their homemade sausage. Their BBQ sauce is also good.
