My Lai is usually very delicious. Today I picked up from the S. Western location since it is the nearest one to our house and I was so disappointed. They didn't have one of the items I ordered and I did t find out till I got there. They gave me a free sandwich which was nice of them. However, the beef was dry and burned as well as the egg rolls. This is a nice healthier casual dining spot. Great for to-go or a quick lunch option. Nice selection of proteins and generous portions of fresh green and veggie choices and love the customization ability. Also love the cauli-rice option. Good value for the price.
