MDK noodles in LA's Koreatown is a staple for me when in the area. In fact, I've drove quite far out of the way to go here. I've probably been here 8 times or so.
I've been to the same restaurants in Korea's Myeongdong area about the same number of times. Both serve kalguksu soups and mandu. The LA location has more items on its menu, including alcohol.
