Solid hotpot. Little expensive but flavor is good for the Sauerkraut and Golden Soup options. The noodles comes uncocked. It's better to heat it up first in microwave if to go orders or at the restaurant, you want to let it cook for 3-5 mins in the soup.
Food: the flavor of the hot pot was on point. Spicy, good umami, creamy broth texture. The experience is different than traditional hot pot since the add ons are all in the soup already by the time it comes out. It's a lot simpler but if you enjoy cooking the items yourself, you won't find that here. The meat was slightly overcooked by the time it came out. Would definitely recommend the quail eggs!
