Nice and clean little hot pot place with neat decoration . The restroom is clean with paper towels. The amount of food is just right and we can specify the degree of spicy. We enjoy our meal there.

Solid hotpot. Little expensive but flavor is good for the Sauerkraut and Golden Soup options. The noodles comes uncocked. It's better to heat it up first in microwave if to go orders or at the restaurant, you want to let it cook for 3-5 mins in the soup.

Food: the flavor of the hot pot was on point. Spicy, good umami, creamy broth texture. The experience is different than traditional hot pot since the add ons are all in the soup already by the time it comes out. It's a lot simpler but if you enjoy cooking the items yourself, you won't find that here. The meat was slightly overcooked by the time it came out. Would definitely recommend the quail eggs! Drink: I got the apple lychee and it was way too sweet. There was no option to adjust the sweetness. Service: food came out promptly after ordering. The water was self serve, so not much to comment on there. Ambiance: fast casual vibes and fairly clean

So obsessed with this place!! Amazing service, every single server is super nice, fast and sweet. Food is really good although prices have gone up a lot.

I made a reservation online. They texted me that it was ready, and then I got to the restaurant and they had no table and took me off the waitlist. The next table I could get would be ~30 minutes later. Wasn't great service.

-nice lemon water-hot pot mystery meat was not good quality-servers telling us to not use the machines to order, pretty big hassle to order via phone and input credit card...

If you want a quick fix of hotpot this is your place. It's not the best but it's quick, convenient if you're in the area and always hits the spot. I usually get their golden pot since I like the extra creaminess to it. Food: 7.9/10 Service: 8/10 Ambience: 7/10

You order via QR code and pay/tip before you are served. I'm not a big fan of places that make you tip before the meal because you can't gauge the quality of the service. Other than bringing the food to us and lighting our fire, the server never once stopped by to check on us or see if we needed more soup. Even water was self serve. It is a bit overpriced in my opinion because I'm used to eating Tasty Pot. The food wasn't bad and others in our party enjoyed their meal but I've had better hot pot.

SO GOOD. Service was prompt and fast. Food was obviously delicious. I personally think the sauce is better than the one served at boiling point. Also had bigger portions. Ambiance - can get busy at night since its right by UCLA but there's a lot of seating so the wait isn't that bad usually.

definitely enough to share with someone and it's actually affordable when you share. Spicy beef is yummy. breath will definitely smell like garlic after. inside looks like they re-did it and service was fine.
