The non-meat selection is where this place shines. A lot of really well prepared, fresh choices. Don’t get me wrong, the meat is cooked to your satisfaction. The salt is a bit over bearing on the meat - but the cuts are exquisite. If they didn’t charge for everything by the pound, unlike other churrascarias, I’d go back. But for the same kinda money, right there in the farmers market, there are places I would and have become a repeat customer.
I’ve been going to this restaurant for over 17 years but today I had a really weird interaction with a worker. This was a short guy with light colored hair. He waited and let three European women go ahead and then jumped in front of me and started cleaning the counter very slowly. It felt as if he was doing it on purpose. The line was long but he decided to clean the counters extremely slow and when I tried to move the tray that he had blocking me from serving myself, he yelled...
Tri-tips were the best in my taste. Sirloin caps were too chewy. Many people ordered garlic beef, and I regret not trying it.
