Amazing Brazilian flavor like you would expect. There is a line so pack your patience. Pick out what you want and pay by the weight. There's no table service so you grab what you need and take it with you or there are a few common tables

Don't be greedy! 3 slices are pretty much enough for most people.
Tri-tips were the best in my taste. Sirloin caps were too chewy. Many people ordered garlic beef, and I regret not trying it.

The non-meat selection is where this place shines. A lot of really well prepared, fresh choices. Don’t get me wrong, the meat is cooked to your satisfaction. The salt is a bit over bearing on the meat - but the cuts are exquisite. If they didn’t charge for everything by the pound, unlike other churrascarias, I’d go back. But for the same kinda money, right there in the farmers market, there are places I would and have become a repeat customer.
