“Every time I visit this Panda Express, there's no Beijing Beef ready. They tell me it'll be 4–5 minutes, but it always ends up taking 8–9 minutes. When it finally comes out, it's rushed — the beef is burnt and the sauce tastes off. They know the demand is high but still can't manage it properly. This one-star review will stay up until they fix this issue.“

“I ordered the firecracker steak and shrimp plus the black pepper sirloin steak on the mobile app. I got the black pepper sirloin steak for free since I put my birthday in in the app but I had to purchase an appetizer or entree or side. It was a short wait time since only one person was in line ordering and another person had to pick up and order but it wasn’t done yet. The firecracker steak and shrimp was pretty good, a bit spicy if you don’t eat the dried chili. The black pepper steak was great but I preferred the steak and shrimp. Steak was sorta rough but still chewy. I loved the ratio of meat to veggies for both. I got three fortune cookies instead of two.“
“The place was impeccably clean in all areas, the food was very good, the service was first class. I want to highlight two very important points and they are:
1. María's attention: She was always very kind and helpful.
2. Thank Adrian (the cook) for preparing the food: The food was very good, hot, well cooked, very well prepared.
I can say that if you want to have a good experience, please visit this Panda. And I give María and Adrián 5 stars for their good service.“

“Panda Express is the place for a good lunch or perhaps an early dinner.
Parking: Get in where you fit in! This location is on Crenshaw and 29th in a strip mall. There are three other restaurants, a beauty supply, a smoke shop and a cell phone company in one complex. So when you come and pick up Panda Express, you can also get some sundries in one stop.“
“Give Yasmin another pay bump if you haven’t already. I came in 1/29 around 8 at night. A customer at check out was having issues with the mobile app so the person who serves the food after Yasmin decided to leave her position and help out the person who had the issues while the cashier did nothing but stand and possibly help the person after. To cut this short. She helped like 4 people and the lady in front of me asked for like 5 plates. I didn’t get the other ladies name but she should have jumped back in the help her instead of going to the lobby after trying to help that lady with the mobile app. Even after, she still left Yasmin on her own. I’m sure that woman makes more than her and Yasmin held it down. Only has 5 stars because of Yasmin. Nothing else. Employees hard work should be compensated not just recognized.“
“This is one of the few locations that have the vegan orange chicken on the menu. This beyond orange chicken is a lot better than last year's recipe but it still needs a little bit of improving. There's nothing like vegan orange chicken from a authentic vegan Thai restaurant.“

“This is also a great location to get your food and they have a solid menu in this location. Santa Monica is definitely a great area to try out food. Need to be in this area more often. For the Chinese food lovers this is a quick place you can do get your food on the go instead of getting fast food. If you are looking for a job they are hiring as they pay good.

“I meet with friends this place from time to time! This is my favorite restaurant to eat. I go to this spot at least once a month. The meals are of high quality, the crew is courteous and the cost is affordable. I enjoy meeting in this place for a rich supper.“
“Fresh, clean food. Great taste. Easy, no hastle, consistent and deluscious. Not gourmet nonetheless always dependable. The only time I have ever encountered rude employees and horrific service was at the Panda Express at the stripmall located on Venice Boulevard at Western Avenue. The employees at that location ought to be collectively fired. The place was filthy dirty and they were playing with the food. They behave as though they are entitled. The food was not fresh, and they had dirt under their nails. They were speaking words of profanity and insulting the clientele. Stay away from that location.“
“Food hot and fresh. Plenty of tables but gets crowded. Limited parking due to different businesses on-site. One restroom which requires a code. Friend had to ask for toilet paper. Trash can contents overflowing onto the floor. Right by the freeway. Busy street due to many nearby businesses. Handicap parking and wheelchair accessible but I would not choose this place due to limited space.“
“Food is very good, but geez the broccoli is HUGE! And there are no knives, so how is one supposed to eat it? I like that their broccoli is fresh / bit crunchy, but it's much too hard to try to bite off a piece with your front teeth. And the broccoli is insanely too large to even manage to bite off a piece with the side of your mouth.

“I do like Panda but I was very disappointed when they discontinued the meatless orange chicken. I was told that it was very popular but it was temporary only, I hope they will consider bringing it back to more stores, please do :(

I think comparatively, this location is better than other Panda Express locations in LA. The space is clean and modern looking. Plenty of free parking in the adjacent parking lot.“
