I've been trying to reach out to you guys about my order horrible management
Literally the worst service I have ever gotten. My estimated delivery time was 6:55pm. At 7:24 I called to ask the delivery status and the man who answered said they should be in the immediate vecinity. I wait, nearly another hour. At 8:10 I called again and was told that orders were backed up around 2hrs for delivery, but that my order had been CANCELLED because I failed to answer the phone when their delivery driver allegedly arrived.
