Church's Texas Chicken offers good food with friendly customer service. The restaurant is known for its delicious fried chicken, including spicy chicken strips, and well-prepared sides. However, there have been some concerns about the staff's attitude, as some customers feel that certain workers do not seem happy to be there. The building could use some updating and remodeling to enhance the dining experience. The indoor dining area is clean and refreshing, with prompt service, although the drive-thru tends to have priority over walk-in customers. Many customers appreciate the affordability and freshness of the meals, especially when paired with jalapeño peppers. Despite occasional mistakes with orders, such as receiving spicy chicken instead of mild, Church's Texas Chicken remains a reliable choice for a satisfying dining experience.
