Had a great experience checking out the new Popping Yolk Cafe location on Melrose. The space is bright, modern, and has a really nice atmosphere for brunch.

I tried the Norwegian Eggs Benedict, Cinnamon Apple French Toast, and Bacon and Cheese Sandwich. Everything was fresh and flavorful, but the Eggs Benedict was definitely one of my favorites. The French toast was also really good and had the perfect amount of sweetness.

We came here once about a month ago, and the waiter, Rachel, remembered us and our order. She's lovely and extremely sweet. She's the reason why I would go back again and again.
We stopped here almost a month ago, on our way to a local coffee shop. Food was great, but the service was outstanding, to the point that we spend 100 on uber, just to visit during a 14 hour stopover at LAX. Raquel, the young lady that serve us that day, remembered us and what we had. The quality of the food and the service this place, Mar it a memorable experience.
