Ramen broth here is much lighter than the typical rich broth at other ramen places, which is a good change of pace. Flavors are subtle. Gyozas were good, but preferred the pan-fried one over deep-fried.
Had a great experience at Ramen Chikumo! The ramen was delicious and full of flavor. Stella was attentive, friendly, and made sure we had everything we needed. Great food and even better service. I’ll definitely be back!
