Food is amazing and atmosphere is too ! The only thing that left me with a sour taste last time I was here that I had enough in my card for the bill and was going to leave a tip in cash but before I did this the waitress demanded a tip right there and then on the card and I tired to explain I was leaving it in cash but she turned around and left pissed off … I don’t like feeling forced not my thing … but overall I did like the food .
Ramen Melrose is legit!
The ramen was outstanding—rich, flavorful broth and fresh toppings. Yellowtail sushi and salmon rolls were super fresh and delicious. The soft shell crab was crispy and packed with flavor. Service was fast and friendly, and the whole place feels super authentic. Can’t wait to come back and try more dishes!

This Ramen House is superior, premium and ultra! The broth base alone is transformative. I was taken away into another dimension personally, seriously.
I was literally weeping over the broth.
We had appetizers which were delicious and fresh. I can not wait to return.
