I live near this location and most times I enjoy my experience and the food.My most recent visits have left me puzzled and a little disheartened in the level of service.First, I am not sure what rule Robeks has in place (this is what the worker who prepared my order told me word for word) that says "We can't cut avocado toast when there are toppings on the bread already". 1-24-2022 Came here for an acai bowl once and green juice another time and was in and out with a quickness... pretty time efficient with the service. Ambiance is more of a to-go feel, and who has time to sit and eat in the hustle and bustle of DTLA anyway...

This place took almost 30 minutes to make a small smoothie. Not sure if maybe they had lots of online orders or not but when I went in to order there were no other customers in the store so I don’t understand why they couldn’t handle it
