Açaí bowl 4/5 - this was just okay. Not the best açaí bowl I've had. I felt like I couldn't taste the açaí as much. But still good. The serving is pretty big so it's enough for 2 people if you're eating it as a snack We ordered on Uber eats right before closing and weren't sure if they were going to take our order but they did!

I love Robeks smoothies ! Please don't let the lack of employee training give a bad representation to the company. My first time in this location and for me to decide to write a review is because I was disappointed by low energy and bad smoothies. Please make it a point to train on how to properly craft a smoothie. They had to remake mine twice and both times it was awful. Isn't there a how to sheet ? How can you mess up your only job seriously.

Ordered a smoothie on Monday 09/18/23 at 11:40am and she put no ice in it. I asked nicely for her to remake it and she hands me the same smoothie with No ice. Please train your employees on how to make a smoothie, she seemed confused.. it’s a smoothie.. don’t be lazy

Awful service .. walked in no greeting .. woman completely ignored me .. for 6 minutes.. dirty gross place and then tells me I have to order on a kiosk with card only /: I used to order often .. no cash payments .. I understand COVID requirements but this is just classless..

Unfortunately this location is just not good. I've been here many times and every time I am so let down. The smoothies straight up don't taste very good and they are oddly watery. I ordered a matcha smoothie today with double matcha but I think she forgot to put matcha in all together. The smoothie was literally white :( . I was gonna say something but I just felt bad for the woman working so I let it be. If you get normal fruit smoothies they will prolly be ok. Long story short, smoothies here are always mid minus.

Somewhat disinterested counter help. Emperor açai smoothie had large chunks of ice in it, I mean seriously, the size of ice cubes. I guess that explains the fast service, they don’t bother actually fully blending the smoothie. Cup served with smoothie dripping down the side. Wouldn’t go back.

Great service. We had lots of add-ons and things we wanted left out, and everything was perfect! Easy to order online and our order was waiting for us in the fridge when we got there. Super quick and so delicious!!! Definitely recommend this Robeks!!!

UMM... first time I went here , my DR. Robeks had remnants of PEANUT butter! They didn't even try their best to wash it.. They got lucky that I'm not allergic... otherwise.. you know whats next.... I tried to give them another chance... 2nd time, I order GSNAP..LARGE.... NO HINT of GINGER.. it's GSNAP for a reason... stop cutting down on ginger, and the ORANGE juice lol omg it didn't taste fresh, NO hint of pulp (even if it's JUICED, you will see if its fresh by seeing some pulp, you all know what I mean.... and the carrot? it tasted like NAKED juice... No wonder I noticed that i didn't hear or see them juicing.. there's always some laziness when it comes to juicing. The other ROBEKS does the same thing on Culver... I come an hour before they close and the cashier said "sorry our juicing is already close" I was like "an hour more and you are closing it? is this your new policy?" she said "Oh umm yeah, well no, its just I started closing it because I decided.. Sorry." I would hate for yall to close down but you will.... Don't be lazy and you won't close. Be lazy... you are out of business... trust me. A lot of big names are going out of business.. don't think you are invincible.

Was here about 1.5 hrs ago. My husband and I are returning customers of Robeks. He has a severe peanut allergy and we have never had issues in the past. He ordered a Strawnana Berry smoothie. We made sure to mention his allergy and asked them to do an extra rinse (we always ask this). First sip, he instantly tastes peanut butter. I tried it and can confirm that I also tasted peanut butter. I thought it was honey at first, but it definitely tasted of peanut butter. Looked at the bottom of the cup and I see brown residue. Please PLEASE make sure to be very careful when it comes to allergies. I understand there was only one guy working when we arrived and there were quite a few people waiting but this is no excuse- especially for an insanely severe allergy like peanuts. Please make sure to do an extra rinse and rinse WELL. Thank god we live literally down the street and caught it early. Just please be more aware next time because incidents like these are avoidable. Thank you.

One of the managers took about $200 out of my paycheck so that he could break the rules and give the complaining customers a new drink and refund on the first complaint even though the owner told all of us that we remake the drink 3 times and if they still don't like it we give them a refund on the 4th complaint with no drink. I still never got my $200 back that the manager stole from me to break the rules.
