I've been going here basically almost as long as they've been around. I'm a self admitted shin-sen-gumi fan. I've been to nearly all their restaurants, past and present, and SSG LT still sits as my second favorite of their Hakata Ramen restaurants. My boyfriend took me on a date here and I loved it! The spicy ramen is sooooo delicious. I was slurping that thing up! The cocktails were good. And I will not forget the ice cream dessert. All of it was worth.
We had hakata ramen, chicken karaagae, agedashi tofu, and fried squid. All items are really yummy. Service is really good. You can customize the firmness of noodle and the saltiness of soup. Would definitely come back again.
