I had such a heartwarming experience at this Starbucks! One of the staff members went above and beyond — not only was the service friendly and attentive, but when he noticed I was cold, he even offered me his own jacket to wear while I waited outside. It’s rare to come across that kind of kindness these days. Truly made my day. Thank you for the great coffee and even better humanity.Best service ever!
While I'm going through chemo I've never experienced so much kindness, compassion & support I look forward to going there everyday. The staff is the very Best in DTLA alexandra.
Very few Starbucks are open in the weekend afternoon. This location just happens to have their doors open for a chance to step in and visit.Nice corner location that offers a long wall l table that allows a patron to enjoy their coffee while having a full view of 6th and Grand. However there were very few seats available as in only a hand full of chairs are visible.Coffee is what you expect at any Starbucks. Service was friendly. Struck up a nice short conversation with Daniel....
