I really like this Chipotle - great staff, place is relatively clean, good location. One star is missing because the ice machine is perpetually broken! You can't fully enjoy a non-alcoholic drink without ice. How y'all gonna keep making the same mistake...it's obtuse. Other than that, it's a solid Chipotle location.
I've gone to this location nearly once a week for the 5 years that I've lived in Los Angeles, and it's always a great experience! Today, the staff comped my food when they really didn't have to, and I appreciate it. I hope to see promotions soon! This crew is exemplary, and they should be part of the team making sure all stores are run this well. THANK YOU!
I honestly love this chipotle!! Everything I order online through uber they get my order exactly how I like it with good portions. When I go inside as well staff are always friendly and are quick to assist you. Their food always feels fresh never old. Genuinely love this chipotle!
