The employees here today were unprofessional. I was the only customer there. They were talking among themselves joking around, not attending to my order. I received my order and it was watered down and done incorrectly (matcha frap.) I don’t know what’s going on with this team but before I never had any issues until today. They need to work on their professionalism and their efficiency.

I placed a mobile order and when I arrived there was one person at the register making g a purchase. I proceeded to walk over to the pick up area where there was a second person waiting for his drink. I have placed multiple orders online and by now I know the procedure. Either your drink is ready waiting at the pick up station or you wait for your drink to be ready. I while I wait patiently for my drink I observed the male who was waiting get his drink. Then the female who had placed her order walked over and waited for her drink. As we both wait for our orders the cashier is asked to get more ice for the barista but she carries on with her conversation with a friend/acquaintance who starts small talk. The barista finishes the second customers drink and overhears my conversation I was having with the other customer about the mobile order I had placed. The barista walks over and pulls the sticker for the order and places it on a venti cup and proceeded to gather additional sticker orders. He then starts to make drinks while talking to himself and staring not knowing all the ingredients to one of the drinks he was preparing. He walks over to his co-worker and asks what ingredients are in the drink and she helps him out. When the barista finishes he calls out the name to the order and assumes it is my drink. I reply by stating that is not my drink and he asks for my name. He replies with it is still being prepared. I walk away for about 5-7 minutes and upon my return my order is still not ready. At this point I wait a bit longer. During this time the barista and cashier have a conversation about everyone calling out the day before and he continues to make comments about people’s orders and how the drinks don’t fit in the cups and so on. At some point he says he is crashing and does not understand why people are not walking away and gathering by the pick up station. The cashier misunderstood and replied by stating that they probably walk away to go grocery shopping. At this point I have I’ve waited way over 10 minutes for my drink, the barista doesn’t know what ingredients to use for certain drinks, and the cashier has still not refilled the ice the barista had asked for. I realized that if my drink is not ready by now it probably never would be at the rate drinks were being prepared and even if it did get prepared I wasn’t too convinced it would be prepared with the correct ingredients. I asked the cashier for a refund which she stated she was not able to do and redirected me to a register. I was extremely bothered by the inconvenience of having to get in line to get a refund. I happened to see the store manager around the corner and asked if he could assist with the refund and he was very helpful and even offered a free drink which I declined due to not wanting to wait any longer since I had to get back to work. Overall not the worst experience ever but I will definitely be driving an extra 1-2 minutes to next Starbucks location up the street which I should have done in the first place.

I originally came here because its listed their was a drive-thru and I came to a grocery store. That should definitely be changed, as I was looking for convenience and didn’t have time to change stores. The girls were nice who worked here

Everybody is so amazing. Especially Ashley. There are two Ashleys and they are both so friendly and amazing. They are also soo great with other customers. They brighten up my day without even taking a sip of their cozy coffee.

I don't go to Starbucks often but when I do I usually have a good experience this one was Mediocre there was a little dark in that Starbucks there was only 2 workers workingThere was A-line I was next and the young lady Derek knowledge me and say she would be right with me. There was a spill at 1 of the coffee stations so the young lady was trying to clean that up before she waited on me, then a supervisor came out to help she was OK, friendly enough. She took my order, banana nut loaf and a hot chocolate and that was $7.50. So I got my hot chocolate once in the car I took a sip of my hot chocolate it was horrible, too watery not enough chocolate. Once home I had to add more chocolate and a little bit of Splenda and it was better. Next time maybe I will ask for extra chocolate.
girl with the pink in her hair was cussing out her customers and yelled at me after SHE made the mistake of forgetting to charge me for my drink. then she poured out some old mans coffee yells at him when he asked why she didn’t wash her hands after handing him cash and stormed off. not sure who hired her.
Terrible costumer service… it’s been several times that I’ve passed by this location while doing groceries and always is something up: •They are out of items•The register machine is not working so they can’t take orders•It’s closed, 4 pm, 12 pm, 2:00 pm and it’s closed? I don’t think soAnd the worst thing is apparently is not closed for everyone because after I see people getting service… I’m not lying has been multiple times I have been told that the store is closed “ come back in 30 minutes” or things like that…This location needs to be fix TBH.
