Poor service the young man who took the order chatted everyone up. I waited 40 minutes for a coffee.
I ordered a pike with one Splenda and a splash of cream.
What I received was a cold cup of milk with a touch of coffee!

This Starbucks is usually crowded in the mornings and afternoons, especially around 6–8 AM and again from 3–4 PM. It is a nice location with plenty of chairs and tables. The store is wheelchair accessible with ramps that aren’t steep, and there is also a convenient drive-thru. Parking is kinda tight and always very challenging, with super long drive thru lines and no parking if picking up an order. The staff is always super friendly and cheerful no matter how busy they are, and the service and hospitality is some of the best. Music is still deafening two years later. One morning cashier had awesome customer service, making a perfect day. However, one visit was a disappointment due to a rude window guy with no smile.
