The inconsistency of this place is actually incredibly disappointing and annoying. I order sweet cream foam on my drink, and the foam is either barely there, or, if it is there, they barely blended it so it’s basically just a layer of milk on top. I work at Starbucks too and I would never serve that to a customer. My drink is literally so easy, get it right.

Coffee taste as expected for any Starbucks however the refresher we also purchased didn't seemed blended at is should. It looked like a pink drink with dehydrated strawberries on top. The blender seemed to be broken as no Frappes were being made. The barrista mentioned a part fell out.This is a rather small location. Parking is rather difficult to find. Arrived to downtown by metro I picked Starbucks assuming I will be able tu charge my phone after long trip but to my surprise all wall power outlets are blocked and sealed as if on purpose having coffee and not be able to charge phone ? Now I have to leave rush to find alternative spot contribute to traffic and stress just because management decided to eliminate option to charge phone how great !!!
