For the amount of customers they receive they should have better customer service. Baristas have an attitude like they don’t want to be there and have extra slow service. It’s very unfortunate for them being inside USC campus they should be doing better and have better faster service.

Awful experience! I found rocks in my drink, disgusting! What the heck! My grandaughter said she's allergic to nuts, and they proceeded to add a cream with nuts into her drink! We had to go to the hospital and pay the bill of 8500$ because her allery is SEVERE! I might sue. ?

In recent months, I have been coming to this café a lot to study and do some work. Sofia, Alex, and Kate are among the staff members that make this place so great. Very kind and helpful people. It's easy for them to make you happy. A visit to this place would never disappoint you. You should definitely try their Matcha latte as well!
