I shop this location often and have pretty bad experiences but today around 1:00 pm I was helped by one of your employees by the name of Alicia, she was really helpful in helping me find a new drink other than my regular caramel macchiato,
I don't think I'm ever going to get a caramel macchiato again after trying the salted caramel cold brew that she recommended

I don't know normally shop at this location but I'm going to make it my 100% all stop.
I went in to get a Starbucks coffee and was treated with the most lovely of their employees that goes by the name of Alicia. This person is so kind and goes out of their way to help anyone who needs it I proceeded to then go buy some deodorant where I was again greeted by Alicia who was covering another shift from what I overheard, it seems like they work all over the place! 10/10 would recommend

Starbucks is a welcoming spot, where regular customers are treated with kindness and respect. The baristas, including those who have been there for a while, are wonderful and go out of their way to ensure drinks are made correctly and to make customers feel valued. The morning rush is handled efficiently, and pets are even given treats. However, some customers have experienced long lines with limited staff, which can be frustrating. Despite this, some employees stand out for their positive attitude, including a bald gentleman and an older lady with short hair, who remain calm and polite even during busy periods. Overall, Starbucks is a 10/10 spot for those seeking a pleasant coffee experience.
