Starbucks/ralphs, do better please. Huge line and only one barista. My drink was perfect service was great but come on first thing in the morning and this poor barista is by herself. Thank goodness no one was rude to her, but wow
The employees don't seem to want to work there and their behavior shows it. If you don't want to work in the service industry then don't. The two older employees ( not old just not the youngest employees) are awesome. The gentleman that's bald and the older lady with short hair are always positive always ready to help, even if they need some time to catch up because they seem to be always understaffed, remain calm and polite.

Jose, mar and the other baristas that have been there for a while are wonderful people. I'm a regular there and even when the line is long they treat me so well. I'm super fond of this Starbucks especially how they handle the morning rush. And give my little pup Bruce a treat when he goes too. Any time a drink isn't right they also make sure to make me a new one without grunted or making me feel bad. No one I've ever encountered acts like they don't want to be there.
