Starbucks in Los Angeles, CA, is my go-to coffee shop. The ambiance is inviting, and the WiFi makes it a great spot to get some work done. Plus, the baristas are always helpful, and I appreciate the convenience of their mobile ordering option.
Wow at the Drive thru this guy was being such a jerk. Complaining his espresso was blah blah blah. Kept the line waiting... When I pulled up the girl at the window said " Sorry to leave you waiting, this one is on us" The Customer service is A+. -Starbucks you get 5 STARS!! ???

Lobby closes at 3pm. Line is cut by cars making left turns, employees do nothing. Cars can't exit because the same lane to enter is the lane to leave. Will be contacting corporate about this issue.

look I genuinely am very kind to the minnimum wage workers because I understand they probably have unnecessarily rude customers all the time but the workers at this location had very bad communication skills and were just plain rude to me. I ordered a bagel and literally waited almost 30 minutes for it. Apparently it was done but they just hadnt said anything to me and tossed it somewhere where I couldn't see it. i was the ONLY person in that store and it was just very frustrating because im standing there and they arent even asking me if im waiting on something. there was a girl who came back from her back and was kind enough to help me with glasses but the other employees need serious hospitality training and need better attitudes. not coming back to this location again im sorry.

f*ck the employees at this store. On 1/5/24 at about 4:45am. I asked for a bakery item and the guy said they didn't get delivered. I asked for a different bakery item and he said they didn't have it.... He said never mind we do but our ovens aren't on so we can't make it for you. Mf should have said that from the start. Car behind me also left with nothing. Employee didn't wanna do his job.

Afternoon staff on Nov 29th, 2023 at 330 might need a break. Girl at drive through window looked stressed out, no patience, no smiles, no apology for getting my order wrong. A gentleman came back to the window, nicer, but with he wrong drink again. I had to go in and ask for my drink a 2rd time....again no apology or nothing.
Totally inconsistent with their service. Drive through is usually super slow and backed up onto the street. I hate going here but it's the closest drive through before getting on the freeway.

I come here quite frequently and the staff are always super kind and give great service. They are understanding and the environment is nice if you want to stop by for a bit. There is free wifi and they play pleasant music as well. I was indecisive one day and an iced coffee drink the barista recommended for my taste was: Brown sugar shaken espresso, 3 pumps of white mocha, with cold foam. It was really good.Parking: There's around 10 parking spots, and 1 wheelchair parking spot. The drive thru is quite small so the parking lot can get full quickly depending on the time of day, but most people are getting stuff to go anyways.

This is what I imagine a Starbucks in a Wes Anderson movie would look like. I keep passing it by after-hours but I am giving it a 5star review for having such a nostalgic and heartwarming setup and appearance. I get inspired just passing it by. I will definitely stop through soon.
