I mean, it didn't stop me from eating most of my food 😬🤣.... but the grease floating on my plate was a lil bit of a disappointment. 😩 Hubby's tacos were REALLY GOOD, no grease so maybe it was a bad asada night. I'LL BE BACK though.... to giver her another try.“

“This is the most amazing chicken I have ever had. I have waited so long for them to have a spot in Modesto and now it’s here. The chicken tenders are so juicy and crispy. Great street tacos in the city of East LA/Boyle Heights they have a variety of meats to choose from Carne Asada, Buche, Cabeza, Lengua, Adobada, Chorizo and others. Great portions and salsa/salad buffet green, red, guacamole salsa, cucumbers, pickled onions with habanero and limes. Well seasoned meats bath in lard with the onions as well incorporating all of those flavors into one fusion and great sized burritos with grilled cheese married to the flour tortilla with the soft onions that came out of the disco. I’ll definitely visit Carlos again shoot I’m even going to get him for a party because he caters as well.“

There are natural flavored waters made of real fruit. Here is where the famous bacon wrapped hot dogs are sold with onions, jalapenos peppers, ketchup, mustard, mayonnaise and the option to make it spicy. The place has natural homemade beef and chicken soups, grilled fish, fried cauliflower, shrimp cocktails and other foods and meals.“

“The food here is always so fresh and taste so good. The chicken milanesa was perfect! Just the right amount of breading and so flavorful, one of the best milanesas I’ve had. They also give you large portions of chicken. You get your bang for your buck. The carnitas tacos were also flavorful, double tortilla, and they add plenty of meat. Definitely recommend this place.“

“We love coming to this spot for the Al pastor tacos, they open in the afternoon around 4:30 when we went so sometimes we miss them after our Chipotle run, we love that they serve the tacos loaded with meat so that adds a lot more meat to our chipotle bowl 😆 we have created the best of both worlds. & great free parking with the parking lot in that same corner is a plus.“

The green salsa was good and spicy, the red salsa was definitely fire! Tacos de Asada were delicious, but the meat was a bit dry. The horchata was watered down, but authentic. Very affordable and tasty, but maybe go earlier in your evening and not so late for variety availability on the menu. I would go back.

Parking: The parking is quite awful. Unless you get lucky and find parking up close, you might have to park a block away like we did.“
