“Even if not stopping on the way home, the charcoal aroma makes their asada of the best fills the street almost everyday providing comfort for us in the neighborhood. As many reviews mention the pastor, it is worth its weight in gold. I bounce back and forth getting each.

My only wish, alongside one review, is that they were on the spicier side... Definitely doesnt diminish the pure excellence of this place though and they're of the best. I'll be back soon and thank you for being in the neighborhood.“

“Very hard working people! The entire atmosphere of the stand is so nice and the food is even better! Ordered 3 tacos de asada and a burrito de asada tonight. They were so delicious and not greasy at all! Definitely a place you have to go to more than once.“

“I finally stopped by Carnitas El Mirarador and wow… this spot seriously lives up to the hype. From the first bite, you can tell everything is made with care and real flavor.

The tacos are next level—the carnitas are perfectly cooked, juicy on the inside with that slight crisp on the outside that just hits right. But what really stood out to me were the tortillas. You can taste that they’re homemade, soft, and fresh, and they make a huge difference in every bite.“

“Customer service is great, the place is very cute. Churros were a tad over golden brown not too sugary, flan tastes not made from scratch like the instant flan bags but still okay, friend ordered milk shake and said it was fine. However it does seam a bit overpriced due to the amount they charged me I think the churros are about $1.50+ each approx. Place does not have prices on the menu board so you are pretty much estimating prices unless you continuously ask them for prices.“

“La Espiga is such a great spot for Mexican-style ice cream! The flavors are unique, delicious, and definitely something different from your typical ice cream shop. Everything was fresh and flavorful, and the staff was super friendly. Such a fun place to stop for a sweet treat—I’ll definitely be coming back!“
