The fact that this homeless man made it pass security is weird. But it’s even worse that he was just standing in Subway smelling up the place, it’s already small and people have to eat there. His odor was just lingering so bad making it highly unappetizing, at least make him stand outside especially if he’s not ordering….

Customer service was rude and they need to realize when you are in a situation at the hospital you do not make fun of people when they are exhausted and did not hear them. Plus laugh with other medical staff behind me..plus her English was not that good. Never will buy there again. 👎👎👎

Very poor service, especially at night. I’m greatly concerned the employees are abused with the way that they behave. Customer service is non existent, I’m sure if you asked the employees what “customer service” is they would not be able to define it. Also this male employee who is a bit on the heavier side (to say the least) has a nasty odor and doesn’t adhere to sanitary requirements, which further exacerbates his poor attitude. The food is average and the beef taste old and dry. All of this is a reflection on the poor management of the location which has gone downhill over the past year.

The girl who helped me provided the MOST UNFRIENDLY SERVICE!!!
I had started off by saying good morning, how are you and she just glared,,, no smile, nothing. She didn't even verify what I wanted on the sandwich before throwing stuff on!! I got the new garlic steak sandwich She acted like she didn't want to be there!! She made me feel like I was an inconvenience!!! I asked her if the steak was hot? She said yes. In reality, in was room temperature. Everything she said, I had to ask her to repeat cuz she mumbled everything.
Great business owner lets me stay there during my time of need while I am fighting to get back into school with minimal purchases.

Always love subway have it your way even the menus that they have are good .And better then getting pizza from the cafeteria upstairs.I love pizza too but the service there is horrible.So subway is a better and healthy choice.

Cross contamination. The first time the Indian man dropped some tuna on the beef and then he took the toona off the beed and put it back on the tuna tub. The second time there were 2 Indian dudes. And they both used the same knife to cut all the bread. They weren't the same type of bread. He doesn't seem to know what a food handlers certificate is.
