As a hospital worker, and limited time, the ladies at this Subway always have an attitude. What made me more furious, is the cashier lady threw my sandwhich into the bag and tossed it to me lwith a pesky attitude.... its very uncalled for and no reason to it. These ladies need to fix the attitude...

I was early to work and decided to get some breakfast. Cafeteria wasn't open yet. I stood in line (only person) and waited. The two employees there just ignored me and continued to mess around in a refrigerator. I waited a good amount of time without being acknowledged. There was no "one minute please", nothing. I thought about saying excuse me but by that time I would have sounded annoyed. So I left. It's not how ANYONE would want to start their work day. Just go to the cafeteria.

It's crazy that everybody has the same complaint yet nothing is being done. I work night shift at this hospital and this subway is the only convenient thing for us workers. But why is it that every single time I'm down there, the workers are catching attitudes with every customer, even the healthcare staff. We have it hard enough dealing with patients, long hours, and intense labor, so why do we need to catch attitude on our breaks?As I'm writing this review, the worker here working nights who wears glasses, older dude, yelled at the nurse saying "don't tell me your order all at once cause I'm just gonna ask you again?" Like what is that? And I'm sure most of the reviews here are about this person. I don't know, something needs to be done and these workers need to be held accountable cause there's no way all these reviews say the same thing yet nothing is being done.

Always love subway have it your way even the menus that they have are good .And better then getting pizza from the cafeteria upstairs.I love pizza too but the service there is horrible.So subway is a better and healthy choice.

Cross contamination. The first time the Indian man dropped some tuna on the beef and then he took the toona off the beed and put it back on the tuna tub. The second time there were 2 Indian dudes. And they both used the same knife to cut all the bread. They weren't the same type of bread. He doesn't seem to know what a food handlers certificate is.

So Bob, if you read this please talk to your staff.. a meeting wouldn't hurt...I believe I speak for a lot of people that work at this hospital and we all want you to know that omg your staff members are something else, How is it that you manage to hire everyone with the same stinking attitude. Rude angry, all with attitude problems. I'm on the night shift and I try not to go to subway just to Avoid them But sometimes i have no choice but to eat there.. this has happened to me and others and the same guy who makes my sandwich is also at the register doesn't change his gloves and touches handles, counters, etc all with the same gloves trying to ask me what kind of bread do I want like seriously who does that? we work at a hospital, and we are constantly washing our hands, sanitizing and changing our gloves multiple times per hour so that we don't spread germs and then you go down to get something to eat because that's all there is there and geez you get hit with all kinds of germs there I'm sure, they can be so unsanitary most of the time. Like they should know that when they are dealing with food they shouldn't be touching counters and at the register dealing with money. Talk to them please we shouldn't have to be asking them to wash their hands and put new gloves on. They should know that if they touch something that isn't food, then they need a new set of gloves. Also If they had better attitudes we would probably tip them, no one is tipping them if they are pissed making you a sadly made sandwich. It's graveyard hours I get it, they are tired but we are tired too it's a long 12 hrs for us. The least they can do is pretend they like their job and smile, a smile wouldn't kill them. I honestly wanted to report them to ucla but let's see if my review and message to you changes things.

Bad customer service 2nd time to buy and the cashier is mean and doesn't even want to work. When ordering he won't let you add the veggies or any add ons because according to him it's not on the MENU.

All Subway sandwich shops are pretty much the same. My review is more about the graveyard shift employees here, particularly the one guy with glasses that non-verbally glares at you while waiting for you to tell him what you want. He basically grunts his way through the prep and doesn't even thank you at the register. I've been coming here for a few years and I've even left a tip every time. Tonight's the night I stopped with the tip and I'll no longer give my business here if he's behind the counter, I'd rather starve now. His customer service leaves a bad taste in one's mouth. Why isn't this guy fired yet??

Small Subway sandwich shop that's open 24 hours! Great place for a quick bite in the hospital. Good selection and friendly service.
