A good Subway. This is not the case for everyone...The waitress was super patient and friendly in taking orders. Small bonus, because she spoke Spanish. The second came to help him complete the order so as not to keep me waiting. That was great!I recommend the place.

Subway has truly set the bar high for fast food! The service was exceptional - the staff was friendly, patient, and made sure our sandwiches were prepared exactly how we wanted them. The food was fresh, delicious, and made to order. The variety of toppings and bread choices made for a satisfying meal. The ambiance was clean, well-lit, and inviting. I can't praise this Subway location enough for their quality service, scrumptious food, and welcoming atmosphere.

This place had the worst customer service!! The lady that was serving us was so rude, she was grabbing and throwing stuff like she didn't want to be there. Didn't pay attention to anything we were asking for and basically made our sandwiches her way! Horrible!

I was really looking for a public restroom and couldn't find one since it was 7am. Maps said they were closed still but really they were open and allowed me to use their toilet. You know I was in a rush and I blew it up.

Terrible customer service. Employee was dismissive and lazy. I ordered soup, was charged then had to ask for a spoon. Was told out spoons then met with attitude when I wanted a refund. I had to convince snarky male employee that I couldn't eat soup without a spoon. Then had initiate negotiations on what I can have as substitute totally unacceptable

This Subway sandwich shop was my favorite during my time in DTLA-- the city I'm from has some... pretty bad sub shops, but Mary that made my subs during my visit was very nice, efficient, and as far as a *Subway* sandwich goes, they were pretty good! Mary made sure that all of the sandwiches I ordered for myself and my friends were all correct and packed with ingredients! The store itself is open pretty late, so if you need a bite to eat or are picking up food to carry during travels, it's convenient! The interior was clean and pickup was very fast.Vegetarian options: yes! My friend is vegetarian and eats the Veggie Delight sandwich often.Kid-friendliness: kid friendly menu options.Parking: limited street parking only.Wheelchair accessibility: This store is technically accessible for small wheelchairs, but did not have an automatic door.Dietary restrictions: You can easily customize your order for dietary restrictions, though there is a small chance on contact-contamination due to the nature of the preparation table/storage.

Tried to overcharge me over 2 bucks, which is technically stealing. Sandwich was 11.99 that does not equal to 14.74 with tax added. Not all black people are stupid! SMH!!

I always go to Subway to get my favorite Chicken Teriyaki sub. It's my go to sandwich place and I recommend Subway to those who haven't tried it.
