He arrived hungry. And the women did not want to speak Spanish. It was terrible for me ? because I went to buy, not to ask them to give me gifts. The woman got furious when I told her that the cactus was on her face. And that all kinds of people came here, they speak Spanish, he told me that he didn't care much, that everyone had to speak English, I told him I agree, but I didn't come small and my English is limited and you laugh at how I said it. speak. Not that is so. First time I meet an ugly and racist person. Well the 2 looked like vipers attacking me.And I reminded her that one day I met her all nervous, and she told me ? it's my first day of work, excuse me, I'm nervous and I need the job. I told you, don't worry, we've all been there. Don't worry, make me my sandwich, relax, don't rush. And you didn't even know how to pack it and I was very nice to you and gave you $10 as a tip. Do you remember..??And she didn't continue talking at all, only the other one continued to bother her. I paid and left the place. I don't recommend it at all

Every time I come here I have the most unpleasant experience with workers, the food & the service. I try to give them the benefit of the doubt and I understand when an employee is in a "mood" but EVERYTIME?! Lol it's my local subway and unfortunately I do NOT recommend, go elsewhere & save yourself an unpleasant time by not coming here. Maybe a change in ownership would be a good step forward. (:

This has to be the soppiest Subway u have ever paid a visit to. Unfortunately, it's one of my local subways.Beginning with the facility, tables and floor are always dirty. Trash can always needs to be emptied.Following with the employees; rude, unprofessional, and not trained properly. I understand it's a subway and I'm not expecting top of the line service. They don't acknowledge or give full attention to the customer, there is always an inappropriate and loud conversation going on meanwhile they are preparing your food. Employees are very sloppy in appearance and in the way they make your sandwich. There's only one employee that is good, they never wear name tags so I don't know his name. Owner should train his management team so they run better shifts. Food is okay, just very sloppy overall. Parking can be a challenge, but eventually a spot opens up quickly.

Just had a very unpleasant experience, disappointing since this is my go to subway. I came in to pick up an order and I asked one of the employees who was sitting by the restroom if she'd open the restroom. She informed me that the restroom was for customers only. I said I am a customer, I'm picking up an order it's under my name... she said if you want to use the restroom you'll have to buy something. I then told the manager if he could confirm that I had an order... he said he couldn't ask the employee to open the restroom because she was on her break and that the restroom was technically for employees only and that it was as a courtesy that customers are permitted to use if. Huh??? So do I "have to buy something" to use the facilities or is it just a courtesy? Confrontational and rude. Any hoot, I said I'd leave a review and he said to go ahead.

This subway has the least friendly employees. By the way the greet you , to the way they take your order. A women didn't have enough on her ebt card to pay, the whole situation could have been handled a bit more sensitive and I wish I wasn't distracted because I we wanted to pay for the women's food but by the time we turned back to help her they had already kicked her out of the restaurant. We don't know what people are going through and for it being a business I've come to pretty much since they opened it ,the service and quality has really gone down. Come here if you want to be treated like s****

The staff are unprofessional & talk in Spanish about the customer's who give them a hard time. The owner of this location has no pride for his store & having a solid professional team to help run the store. Which I have addressed 2 times with the survey on the receipts.

I ordered the steak melt and when opening it I noticed the packaging of the sandwich was awful. Placed inside a brown bag like If it was a beer, the veggies and cheese was all stuck to the bag. Hopefully they change that.
