Summit will not disappoint!!! I hired Summit for my black tie wedding in Palm Springs. We drove to Orange county for a tasting and we knew they were the company for us right away. The food was delicious and the staff was warm, friendly, and organized! Pam, our event coordinator, was awesome! She was always available for a quick phone call for questions.
