Ordered online and was disappointed to see they now have a B rating. Was not that big of a deal until I tried the drink. The boba was hard, not chewy and they did not add one of the ingredients in my drink. Avoid this location and try little Tokyo instead.
I ordered an no ice drink and after 10 minutes waiting, I got a one with ice!
And the drink with 0% sugar was the exact same as the 50% sugar one.
Also they don’t equally treat their customers. Some customers are told to come back tomorrow to get another freebies. The other were told only to get one during the two weeks collaboration period.
Extremely disappointed. Staff uniforms were dirty, hair was loose and messy — a clear hygiene violation. I waited at the counter for nearly 15 minutes with no acknowledgment or service. 😞
I went there for the Love in deep space game event drinks and I loved the Sylus Drink. It is my favorite. ❤️ just know it is one per customer and order.
I have been a loyal customer of sunright but I ordered today and discovered a bug inside my drink after already drinking half of it. This is absolutely unacceptable, and unsanitary!!!
First time leaving a bad boba review. I got the Watermelon Chamoy Frostie at 75% sugar, but it was still way too salty. I asked if she could make it a bit sweeter and she said to wait, but kept making drinks for others. After waiting 10 minutes, I just left.

Great boba spot! I got the brown sugar milk tea—perfect sweetness and chewy pearls. The staff was friendly, service was quick, and the shop had a chill vibe. Definitely coming back.
