The birria tacos are rich, cheesy, and loaded with meat, definitely the highlight. The consomé was well-seasoned and perfect for dipping. Service was quick and friendly, and portions were generous for the price.

Only knock was the atmosphere. There are tables available, but it’s still a food truck setup, so don’t expect much comfort. Nearest restroom is 5 minutes away. That said, the food speaks for itself. Worth a stop if you’re craving quesatacos or birria and want it done right.

This was the BEST food truck I have ever eaten at. The customer service was great; they were able to give recommendations that my husband and I absolutely loved. We had beef birria tacos, consomé for dipping, and birria ramen, all with loads of toppings and sauces, and everything was DELICIOUS! I was only traveling to Cali for two days, so we ate there both days because it was that good! This was a food truck, and they still provided tables and seats to sit and eat your meal, which was a major plus. Lastly, everything is fresh and made to order! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!

Parking: There was available (legal) parking in a lane directly behind the food truck.
