Tatsu Ramen in the Arts District is a fantastic addition to Downtown Los Angeles and a wonderful example of how satisfying a properly prepared bowl of ramen can be. There's something incredibly comforting about a restaurant that takes such a simple concept and puts genuine care into the ingredients, preparation, and overall experience.

The Cheeky Ramen is flavorful and creamy, a must-try. While the Nikki Ramen lacked toppings, the dishes overall are good, and the food comes out fast. Making a reservation online is easy, and there is plenty of availability, even on busy nights.
