They need better quality bread to withstand the bratwurst. Don't get me wrong the bratwurst is deliciously savory and perfectly greasy with good portions but the bun falls apart with each bite. I had to eat the bratwurst with a fork and knife and eat the bun separately...not fun at all. This makes the price feel inflated...Not coming back unless it's the last option available.
The bratwurst was on point. High quality and fresh sausage. Really nice soft bun. Onions and sauerkraut were also nice. Maybe could have had a more flavorful mustard and the garlic in the garlic fries weren't distributed well (all the garlic was kind of just plopped into one area) but those are relatively minor complaints. The main thing was the brat and it was really solid.

I have been trying to track this truck down. I NEED curry wurst! I can't find a location schedule to where it would be. If this is the Berlin Truck that was around the city prior to COVID, they are excellent! Just as good as being in Berlin eating at the Imbess stand! Help!!! I can't find you!
