My wife, my sister-n-law, my son and I stayed here the night before the 2026 Los Angeles Marathon. We picked this location because it was close to the marathon starting line and offered a shuttle from the hotel to the starting line for runners since there was no way to walk to Dodger Stadium. We stayed here as a family while attending the IMTA event. My 10-year-old daughter slipped on a stairway between floors due to dog feces left on the steps and fell down 10 stairs. An incident report was filed, but the follow-up handling was disappointing. For a hotel hosting large events with children, safety and response need improvement

The Bonaventure Galleria is located in a building that is in need of revitalizing, with many closed businesses and outdated amenities.
