I love your new Baristas. Carlos and Guzel are so sweet and caring. I enjoy my experience at this location. Also, she crafted the best drink eveeer for me. Never been here once out of the hand full of times and not once had a good customer experience. I work in the area and give them a chance because I love coffee bean but this location in particular has horrible service, tables are filthy all the time, the workers are also very rude.

The two young Hispanic cashiers/batistas were using curse words and slander. Doesn't sound very nice. And to make matters worse, I overheard them talking bad about some customers. These two workers need to be administratively dealt with or reprimanded, or both.

rude staff, i usually come here and staff is fine. today it was kind of packed actually and i kindly asked the barista if my online order was ready and she answered me in a tone "yea you're gonna have to wait 15 to 20 minutes because its only two of us right now" later i told her i wanted to cancel my order because i didn't like the tone she talked to me in. she told me to cancel it online but i was struggling with that so i asked the cashier for help and she didnt help me either. i waited twenty minutes for my drink. worst customer service ive had.

Good place for working, studing. Coffee was really delicious but service was so slow. There weren't many customers, but old customers' plates were on the tables.

Hassle to park outside. Not necessarily Coffee Bean's fault, but they do have incorrect hours or something no. They were closed when I approved despite it saying I there was more than a half hour left before their closing time. Update your hours: says you're open on iPhone maps too.

The cashier/barista, a short young lady. She seemed preoccupied, she was cleaning something, she told me to wait. No line, maybe 3 people in the shop, but she's working alone. I ask her for a "mocha". She said "a mocha what?" In a super snotty way. I said "oh you have tons of options" as she's naming every variety of mocha in a rude way. I play dumb and say "okay, give me one of those things that are warm, mocha flavored..." she says "I'll make you a latte, how about that?" (Again, super rude). I've worked in the service industry, maybe she was stressed because she was by herself. But, she had no customers besides me, it was relatively quiet. No need to be rude. The latte was average, with a rude after taste

As a longtime customer since this place opened, gotta say: There used to be two restrooms and laptop plugs. Lots more students used to hang out. Now, it just feels run down, which is upsetting because they have some truly amazing servers here(why this place got three stars).
