rude staff, i usually come here and staff is fine. today it was kind of packed actually and i kindly asked the barista if my online order was ready and she answered me in a tone "yea you're gonna have to wait 15 to 20 minutes because its only two of us right now" later i told her i wanted to cancel my order because i didn't like the tone she talked to me in. she told me to cancel it online but i was struggling with that so i asked the cashier for help and she didnt help me either....read full review
The cashier/barista, a short young lady. She seemed preoccupied, she was cleaning something, she told me to wait. No line, maybe 3 people in the shop, but she's working alone. I ask her for a "mocha". She said "a mocha what?" In a super snotty way. I said "oh you have tons of options" as she's naming every variety of mocha in a rude way.
