The staff are super friendly. Outside seating a bit hard to use with the zombies that occupy the tables. But otherwise good spot to rest after walking around.

Horrible experience I’ve been going to the one in Weho for years no problem but at this location the lady making the drinks today had a Rude attitude didn’t even want to give me drink even after I showed her my mobile order on the app. I’ll never go back to this location

Very unpleasant experience. I went into Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf to use the restroom, but was denied access even though I was a customer. Such treatment of guests leaves a very negative impression. I’ve never encountered this issue in other locations of the chain — this one clearly needs to rethink its approach to customer service.

Stopped by the Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf on Hollywood Blvd and left pretty underwhelmed. First off, they intentionally don’t list the small size on the menu — which is misleading. I watched the customer ahead of me accidentally order a regular, only to realize afterward that a smaller size existed. Not cool.

I ordered a coffee and specifically asked for it to be made extra hot — they didn’t. It came out lukewarm and tasted watered down. I also ordered a bagel with butter, but when they handed it to me, I was told they don’t put the butter on — the customer has to do it themselves. Unfortunately, the butter they gave me was rock solid and impossible to spread on a warm bagel. Pointless and frustrating.

The location is convenient, but they seem more focused on speed than customer experience. Not worth going out of your way for.

Great coffee spot on Hollywood Blvd, friendly team and a decent coffee, even a small outdoor seating area to watch the world go by while chilling out with a drink. Good coffee, fair price, can’t ask for much more.

Absolutely loved the Dark Chocolate Ice Blended drink here — so good and incredibly refreshing! Perfectly blended, just the right amount of sweetness, and a great pick-me-up on a warm day. Definitely coming back for another one soon!

Great swift service

Poor experience overall

No bathrooms for customers even though it was available before. Rude on the franchise part because Hollywood blvd is infamous for not having bathrooms. Inconvenient and inconsiderate.

Shoutout to the employee w/ glasses, hooked us up decently is all i can say.

Cashier was friendly. Latte was more of a shake than a latte. They advertise silky lattes but what I got was not. Learn to make a proper latte if you are a barista.
