Drinks and pastries are waaay too sweet... I ordered the Salted Maple Latte, cake and cookie. Service is good, though. I didn’t encounter the Asian woman everybody is talking about though.
It is located in terminal 5… ordered hot caramel macchiato and Jalapeño bagel with cream cheese… tasted good and coffee also in a good temperature…Good option for food in terminal 5…

but the hazelnut iced coffee was fire, same with the cinnamon bun even though im lactose and had to face with the actions of my consequences later ??
