Expensive, passable food, unattentive service, 20% mandatory gratuity. Not overly busy and took almost 10 minutes to get our sodas after ordering. Food runner brought the meal. Waitress walked by just then and haven't seen her again. Updating to 4 stars after talking to manager. He can't touch the mandatory gratuity but did comp part of the meal to make up for the lack of service. Much appreciated by management.
3 stars because it is the best of nothing at LAX in this terminal, but good loud music. The food sucks, they auto charge you gratuity, and the service is fast, but impolite. While I am a fit person, the seating is still cramped and probably a fire hazard when packed. LAX needs serious upgrenades to their terminals.

If you need to grab a bite at LAX Terminal 5, and if you're a rock & roll fan, this is a cool spot. There's a few rock memorabilia to look at, and rock music played in the background. Friendly and patient service. Crispy Boneless Chicken Tenders & Fries was good, and so was the Spicy Chicken Tacos. Best part for me was the 805 Draft Beer! Its a busy and crowded airport, so keep that in mind. Overall, cool spot to hang and wait for your flight.
