An outrageous experience. The bar at LAX automatically adds an 18%tip “for my convenience”, and I pay tax on the tip! Zero stars, but two for the friendly bartender. Last drink purchase for me at LAX.
You can’t charge your devices here if you are waiting for your flight. They demand you unplug your device and move if your not going to order. The area has really no where to charge anything in this gate area. The servers were rude stating they pay rent to LAX therefore they control their outlets. ??♀️

Service never noticed me and I waited for 20 minutes. I understand I am not at the bar but rather the outside perimeter, but 1) someone is responsible for that area & 2) I'm in an arm sling so I don't fit at the bar. Then after waiting they didn't have the beverage of choice and didn't even recommend something else.
