First time visiting this coffee bean and the customer service that I received from Brenda was extremely professional. My order was repeated to me as well as my change. I recommend this coffee bean to anyone that likes coffee.
I prefer ordering through the app and picking up through the drive thru because when I ordered in person they took 20 minutes for 2 iced blendeds, and everyone who came after us got their drinks within minutes. Luckily I don't have anywhere to be, but the wait was really unheard of for two drinks. They didn't even start on our drinks til they saw one of us at the pickup area. I bought the vanilla bean cold brew ND let me tell you. I don't like cold brew half the time unless there's a ton of sugar. I'm a horrible person who has coffee in their sugar, I know! But this cold brew?!! This is one of the few times where I didn't add any sugar. It was bitter, but the amount of sugar was just enough for me to taste the coffee and the vanilla bean.
