Dear Restaurant Management,

A few days ago, my family and my aunt’s family ordered our favorite chicken dish from your restaurant. We all got food poisoning from the chicken the meat was spoiled. We had always trusted the quality of your food and regularly ordered this dish. Unfortunately, after eating it, we all became seriously ill we experienced vomiting, diarrhea, severe stomach pain, dizziness, weakness, and general discomfort. It was a severe case of food poisoning that affected both adults and children.
I want to emphasize that on that day, we did not eat anything except your chicken. This clearly indicates that your food was the cause of our illness. Since then, we have not been able to fully recover. My nephew is still unwell and continues to suffer from the symptoms. Personally, I was so weak that I physically couldn’t write this complaint right away.
You have lost loyal customers. We used to trust your restaurant, but after this incident, we no longer feel safe ordering from you again.
If this issue is not taken seriously and corrective measures are not implemented, I will file an official complaint with the appropriate health authorities and leave honest, detailed reviews to warn others.
I strongly urge you to thoroughly inspect the quality and freshness of your products, especially meat, and take immediate action.

I love this chicken! I order on their website on a regular basis! The chicken is light and fluffy while remaining crispy at the same time. Bulgogi is my choice every time!

I had this fried chicken at a meeting at UCLA. Perfectly crispy, golden, and bursting with flavor, with tender, juicy meat inside—simply unforgettable! The best fried chicken ever!

I’ve ordered from TwoZone Chicken about four times, but today was the worst experience by far. It seemed like they forgot my order. They said it would take 15 minutes, but I ended up waiting over 30 minutes for my chicken. When I finally got home and started eating, the chicken was so tough and dry it was impossible to chew. It felt like they had reheated something that had been fried in advance, maybe even fried multiple times—it was that hard. I had ordered the half-and-half chicken. I’m never ordering from here again, and I’ll make sure to tell everyone around me not to order from this place.

Oh boy. This place is a hidden gem. The chicken is so fresh when it comes out, just so good. Their wings are so crispy on the outside, and so tender on the inside. TwoZone is the best Korean fried chicken place. They have such unique sauces, great service, and it is a great atmosphere. Give it a go. You'll love it.

With the new management, the chicken tastes even better and there are new things to the menu, like chicken tenders and cheese balls, which taste great. I highly recommend their wings and boneless chicken, and their spicy soy sauce is BOMB! If you want good chicken in Koreatown, this place is THE RIGHT PLACE FOR YOU.

It was closed for about two weeks, but has reopened. Chicken has become more delicious. There is also a new menu.. The chicken tenders are really delicious and the size is great for the price. Koreans, try the chicken gizzard as a side dish. The lunch special is plentiful and very affordable.Be sure to stop by~~

These crispy chicken wings, with their clear (i think it's their) are the BEST wings.I'm no asian/crispy chicken connoisseur, but I do know what good food tastes like. So if you want some BOMB wings at a good price come to TwoZone Chicken. The service is great. And the just the whole ambiance of the marketplace is so cool.

Located within the grocery store, Two Zone never misses.This is no frills Korean Fried Chicken that is always a treat to get. I highly recommend onion or wasabi flavors as my favorite, but the spicy is also extremely delicious. Shockingly the mozarella sticks here are also amazing. I usually order a 3 flavor boneless to eat with my fiancée and it always hits right.Service is very straight forward, you order at the counter then you can do some shopping at the grocery store, come back and it'll be ready for you. Prices are a little on the higher side but it's to be expected due to LA. The quality though is always great.
