The ambiance is peaceful and happy, clean, beautiful, casual but still elegant. UONIGIRI is easily one of the best sushi spots. The omakase is incredible — every course feels intentional and beautifully balanced. The sushi chef is highly skilled and carries a certain level of class and grace. The food itself is downright amazing — fresh, perfectly seasoned, and plated like art. The portions are generous. The Eggplant appetizer was luscious and very tasty.
