4 out of five ★. Love the concept. The ambiance is nice, the service very nice and the food very very good. The concept itself is spectacular. Sadly, it does not work as well in all locations - our visits to the Pasadena location always led to disappointments. Worse: many communications were exchanged, which led nowhere (and we never went again).
