Been craving for some Paella and Tapas. Vaca DTLA certainly hit the spot. Good food and excellent service.
Many people go to Vegas to find what you can get here. Unbelievable quality and service. Drinks were A+ and the food could go on for another hour if my stomach had more room. Had 3 tapas, paella,steak, two drinks, duck ham, and dessert. Was incredibly filling, but I had the urge to try more of the menu. Will be back. A truly great restaurant.

Vaca DTLA is a restaurant that exceeds expectations, offering a casual and relaxed atmosphere with upscale and exceptional food. The menu is expansive and the food is delicious. The porterhouse steak is unbelievably tender, buttery, and perfectly cooked. The seafood paella is fantastic and the perfect dish to share. The Ibérico ham pairs beautifully with wine, and the pork belly is incredibly tender and delicious. The Spanish octopus is flavorful, tender, and cooked to perfection. The white sangria is delicious, and the lunch special is a favorite, with the scallops, steak frites, and date cake being beyond delicious. The pani puri appetizer is a new favorite. The service is friendly, great, and amazing, with staff who are kind and welcoming and go above and beyond. The ambiance is fun and lively, and the restaurant is lovely and intimate. Drinks are A+, and the food is of unbelievable quality. The only thing Vaca needs to focus on is making itself easier to find, as it was very chaotic trying to find the restaurant. Many people go to Vegas to find what you can get here. Vaca DTLA is highly recommended for work lunches, client meetings, and celebrations.
