I placed an order online which was confirmed and was due to be delivered a week later. I waited for 4 hours on the night of delivery, nothing. Not an email, not a call, nothing. I called to enquire and after a two hour wait on hold I got disconnected. I ended up sending an email and the response was "your order was cancelled".
