As a person with food sensitivities I was so excited to see that this restaurant carried “Thin Slim Brownies” which are gluten-free and low in sugar and fat. Like, Yeah I can have a moderately good brownie and not have a stomachache, hooray! I ordered a bag of 10 to make it worth the delivery fee and was so disappointed when I just got 10 Giant normal bakery brownies which clearly were not what I was expecting. I’m very familiar with the thin Slim brand, and the packaging it comes in, which was depicted in the photo on my uber eats order along with the gluten-free and nutritional label. I can’t imagine an unsuspecting person who isn’t already familiar with the brand ordering this eating these brownies and getting super super sick as I would have had I eaten them. Please just don’t say you have an allergy friendly food available if you’re only going to send a non-allergy friendly version. Not to mention folks who are concerned about calories. These brownies were certainly not “45 calories” as labeled more like a 600 calories per based on size. The

Called to make sure they were open. Got a recording promising they are open every day, so no need to call to confirm. Drove from santa clarita to find out they are closed. And it looks like maybe permanently.
Just tried to order through Uber and after going through having the order accepted sometime later, they decided to cancel the order entirely. They could’ve at least provided me with some sort of reason. But because they didn’t I decided to call and of course they didn’t answer.

online hours says they close at 3am. came here at 1130pm and they’re definitely closed. kinda looks like they’re possibly closed down? i can’t really tell but there’s no sign outside, no hours posted anywhere, and it looks kinda empty inside….either way, they’re not open till 3am, for sure. so the hours need to be updated.

This was one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had. There is a person working here with extremely poor behavior — rude, disrespectful, and completely unprofessional. He has no idea how to communicate with people properly.
His language is filthy, he constantly complains, raises his voice, and creates a toxic environment around him. From the first moment, it’s clear this person is unstable and unfit to work with others. It’s shocking that he hasn’t been fired yet.
