I always enjoy hitting canes after a night out in West Hollywood and the staff is nice enough and the food quality is good, but I think they might have a communication problem. It’s been 3 times in a row I’ve gone, ordered extra toasts on the side, been charged for them and haven’t received them with the rest of my order. Aside from that, this is a good location.
I finally tried Raising Canes and the staff were very sweet and accommodating.
Food Review:I ordered the chicken fingers and fries and unfortunately my chicken tenders were extremely greasy! I literally had to use 5 napkins to dab the oil off of just 2 strips bc it was that much. It turned me off, and was really annoying. After I removed the excess grease, the chicken itself was good and crispy. It would be nice if they had more variety in their flavor like a spicy chicken...read full review

I came here and ordered the 3 finger combo. The chicken tenders were made really well. Nicely fried and moist on the inside. The Texas toast was soft and had a hint of butter. The fries were decent and the raising canes sauce was fire.
