The service and atmosphere are top-notch!! Our dining experience was mixed. The steak was great. The spinach was salty and I could not finish it. The lobster bisque had missing lobster. The prawns were average and I had to ask for it to be de-veined which was surprising. The service is always great here; however, there is a stark difference comparing the food to the Polo lounge...the food prep and taste is vastly different for the price point.
The dishes at this restaurant are decent but unremarkable—no particularly creative flair or unique ingredients. Its standout factor lies mainly in its location and attached hotel.
Given its premium pricing, Beverly Hills offers better value elsewhere. For example, just southeast in Century City, the same $200/person budget gets you more authentic sous-vide steak.
That said, their caviar is worth trying.

We had the most incredible time at the restaurant last night celebrating our engagement! Luigi and the entire staff treated us so special and really made our entire day. Will be talking about it for years to come!
